We saw an opportunity to help companies with a specific niche area of project management which is often assumed- "good" governance.  In reality, the absence of governance has led to chaos and lots of false starts and stops.  Much money is wasted without much to show for it. 

One of our other observations was how governance was misunderstood and perceived as unnecessary or insignificant, like a very delayed afterthought.
